Stop your email going to spam (SPF, DKIM & DMARC) Print

  • 0

Three little settings help prove your email really comes from you, so it lands in inboxes instead of the spam folder. They are like a signature and an ID card for your mail.

The three helpers

  • SPF – lists which servers are allowed to send email for your domain.
  • DKIM – adds a secret signature to each message.
  • DMARC – tells receivers what to do if a message fails the checks.

Each one is a TXT record in your DNS. If you use our email, we add these for you automatically. Using another provider? Paste the values they give you into our DNS Configuration Assistant (Domains Menu).

💡 Handy tip

Add all three for the best chance of reaching inboxes. Support can check they are set up correctly.
