Started a transfer and changed your mind? You can usually stop it while it is still pending (not finished yet).
What to do
- Transferring in to us: cancel the pending transfer in your account before it completes.
- Transferring away: simply do not approve it, or cancel it with your current provider before you say yes.
Once a transfer fully completes it cannot be undone with a click — you would have to transfer it back.
