Good news: auto-renew is switched on by default on your domains. That means we renew them for you automatically before they expire, so you never lose a domain by accident.
Want to turn it off?
You can, though we recommend leaving it on. To change it:
- Log in and open your Domain Manager.
- Click the domain you want.
- Switch Auto-Renew on or off.
💡 Handy tip
Keep a valid card on file so the automatic renewal always goes through. If you do turn auto-renew off, remember to renew by hand before the expiry date.
